Located just South/West of Santa Fe and Titan Road this new development will feature 12,000 new homes. The development although it has been controversial will be impressive. Nestled south of Chatfield Reservoir, East of Roxborough Park the development will feature great access to “prolific open space.” It is slated to have 9 villages with varying home prices, an “amenity rich town center” and “a grand civic gathering place.” Recreation should be a large part of the project with over 30 miles of trails and access to bike trails and equestrian options. The community will include some mixed use with a Centura Health Wellness Center, new schools and retail. They are solidifying the builders who will be a part of the community right now and hope to have model homes this spring to view.
