I am a trained negotiator and am backed by a team to manage all the details and paperwork. I am 100% focused on your best interests and securing the best possible deal.

For your home inspection my goal is to help you hire professional inspectors to help educate you about your home and make sure you’re comfortable with the safety and scope of the suggested maintenance and repairs.  I will act as your advocate and guide you through the process, even renegotiate if any significant issues are found.

My goal is to provide you with comparable solds prior to submitting an offer to assure that we are submitting an offer with a supportable price. Once under contract I will work with the listing agent if needed to help support the home's value for the lender's appraisal.

I will handle all details and deadlines to ensure an on-time closing and provide ongoing updates. Simply be there to sign the paperwork and get the keys to your new home.
